The challenge
A recruitment consultancy with teams in several countries worked with a CRM that did not reflect its process. It needed its own features, automations and reliable contact data without consultants having to look it up by hand.
What we built
A modern custom SaaS CRM on PHP and Laravel with a Vue.js and TypeScript frontend. We integrated the apollo.io API, mapping its data format to the internal model, and built an asynchronous suggestion system that proposes entities related to each case, with advanced contact search and enriched B2B data. The system also includes a ChatGPT-based AI assistant that supports users in their daily work.
Outcome
Consultants with more context on every record and less manual work, and an in-house platform the company can keep evolving with new automations.
