What it is for
An AI assistant makes sense when your company answers the same questions many times: terms, opening hours, order status, how to fill in a form, what a manual says. When the answer is in a document, the assistant finds it and cites it. When it is not, it says so and hands the conversation to a person.
How we avoid invented answers
We use retrieval-augmented generation (RAG): the model only answers from the fragments of your documents retrieved for each question. We measure quality against a test set of questions agreed with your team before the assistant meets a customer.
What we need from you
Access to the documents and systems that hold the answers, one contact person to validate the prototype, and a list of your twenty most frequent questions. That is enough to start.
