How we work

1. First conversation

A thirty-minute call. You tell us the problem, we ask a lot of questions and say frankly whether we can help. If the project does not fit what we do well, we will tell you and, if we can, point you to someone who does.

2. Diagnosis

One to two weeks, depending on size. We talk to the people who run the process, review the data and the existing systems, and document what really happens, not what the org chart says. We deliver a document with the proposed scope, phases, risks and budget. That document is yours even if we do not go ahead.

3. Closed scope per phase

Each phase has a fixed scope, a fixed price and a result that can be tested. We do not sell loose hours. If halfway through a phase we discover something that changes the plan, we stop, explain it and agree together what to do.

4. Deliveries every two weeks

At the end of each cycle there is something new to try in a staging environment: a screen, an integration, an assistant answering real questions. Your feedback goes into the next cycle. No surprises at the end.

5. Quality and security

Automated tests, code review, continuous deployment and access control from day one. In AI projects, also a test set of questions agreed with your team to measure answer quality before and after every change, and explicit rules about which data is sent to which model.

6. Go-live

Data migration, team training, documentation and a hand-holding period. We measure what we agreed to measure in the diagnosis: time saved, errors avoided, queries resolved.

7. Afterwards

A support and evolution agreement if you need one, with defined response times. Or nothing: the code is yours, it is documented and any team can continue it.

What we need from you

One contact person able to make decisions, access to the relevant systems and documents, and one hour a week to review what is delivered. That is enough.
