The challenge
A freelancer in Spain needs correct invoices: numbering without gaps, VAT and IRPF applied properly, every field the tax agency requires. Most solve it with Word templates and spreadsheets, and the Verifactu regulation turns that habit into a risk.
What we built
GestiFactura is our own product: a web application that does one thing and does it well. You register a client once, type the line items, and the app calculates taxes and totals, assigns the sequential number and produces a PDF ready to email or save to Google Drive. Every invoice carries its status: paid, pending or overdue.
Outcome
A product in public beta with a single plan, built to comply with Royal Decree 1007/2023 and to take away the fear of getting it wrong with the tax agency. It is also our reference for how we approach a SaaS: minimal scope, compliance by design and an interface that needs no manual.
