What data we process and why
Contact form. Name, company, email and the content of the message. Purpose: to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, prepare a commercial proposal. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Email and phone. If you write or call us directly, we process the data you provide for the same purpose and on the same legal basis.
Browsing. This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The hosting provider may log technical connection data (IP address, browser, date and time) for security reasons, on the basis of legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Recipients
The contact form is sent through the Web3Forms service, which acts as a processor and delivers the message to our mailbox. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Both providers may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards provided in Chapter V of the GDPR (standard contractual clauses). We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the statutory limitation periods. If no commercial relationship follows, it is deleted within twelve months at most.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected] and stating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted communications (HTTPS), access control to mailboxes and systems, and limitation of the data collected to what is necessary.

This policy may be updated. The date of the last review appears at the top of the page.
