Project under NDA
Live fitness classes for up to 50 participants
Live-streaming platform where trainers design classes, invite an audience and broadcast workouts; members subscribe to the classes they choose.

- decoupled architecture on AWS EventBridge
The challenge
The platform needed a stable streaming room for group classes, with two-way video between trainer and participants, and a technical base that allowed new modules without every change breaking the rest.
What we built
We developed the streaming-room module by integrating the LiveKit API with the application: AWS Lambda functions in TypeScript and Node.js on the backend and Angular on the frontend, with rooms of up to fifty participants. We also designed an event-driven architecture on AWS EventBridge, a bus that lets functions and frontend modules communicate as independent microservices.
Outcome
Less coupling between modules, a more stable and scalable application, and a platform that reached about a thousand subscriptions at its peak.
