What it is
A network of environmental sensors spread across the city and hosted by volunteer participants. Each sensor measures its immediate surroundings and sends readings to a platform that stores them and shares them with bodies that can use them.
The pilot
Eight participants, twenty-five sensors deployed across Barcelona and data already feeding the Servei Meteorològic de Catalunya. The pilot validates the hardware, the ingestion and the integration with a public body.
What comes next
